Son and Kane Score for Spurs
Tottenham Hotspur moved up to fourth in the Premier League table with a 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.
Son Heung-min gave Spurs the lead in the first half, but Forest leveled through Brennan Johnson just after the hour mark. Harry Kane then scored the winner for Tottenham in the 73rd minute.
The win was Tottenham's third in a row in the Premier League, and it moved them above Manchester United into fourth place. Forest, meanwhile, remain in 14th place, but they are now just three points above the relegation zone.
Tottenham started the match brightly and took the lead in the 15th minute. Son Heung-min picked up the ball on the left wing and drove into the Forest penalty area. He then cut inside and fired a low shot into the bottom corner.
Forest grew into the game as the half wore on, and they had a few chances to equalize. However, they were unable to find a way past Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

Forest pulled a goal back in the 84th minute through Brennan Johnson. However, it was too little too late for the visitors, and Tottenham held on to claim all three points.
